Sabiedriskā monitoringa attīstība Latvijā

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Sabiedriskā monitoringa attīstība Latvijā” mērķis ir izstrādāt priekšlikumus sabiedriskā monitoringa attīstībai Latvijā iegūto datu izmantošanas kontekstā. Darbā identificēta sabiedriskā monitoringa attīstības problemātika, atsegtas teorētiskās pāmatnostādnes, uz kā balstīts pētījums. Maģistra darba socioloģiskā pētījums ietver Rīgas un Pierīgas iedzīvotāju aptauju, ekspertintervijas. Pētījuma kopsecinājumi balstīti uz literatūras analīzē gūtajām atziņām un socioloģiskā pētījuma rezultātiem. Izstrādāti priekšlikumi, kas ietver principus, priekšnosacījumus un galvenās rīcību grupas sabiedriskā monitoringa attīstībai. Darbā ir 6 nodaļas, kas ietver 90 lappuses.

The aim of master's thesis "Public Monitoring Development in Latvia " is to draw proposals for the development of public monitoring in Latvia in the context of data usage. The thesis has identified problems in the development of public monitoring and exposed theoretical principles the study is based on. The sociological study of the master's thesis includes population surveys in Riga and surroundings as well as interviews with experts. The conclusions of the study are based on the lessons learned during literature review and the results of the sociological study. Proposals have been developed that include the principles, preconditions, and main action groups for the development of public monitoring. The thesis consist of six chapters in 90 pages.
