Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izveidot uzņēmuma projektu un veikt visus nepieciešamos aprēķinus un analīzi. Projekta mērķis ir atvērt sabiedrību ar ierobežotu atbildību „Lielā varde”, kas veiks bāra darbību Lielvārdē ar dažādām izklaides iespējām, kā arī ieņemt stabilas pozīcijas vietējā tirgū, piedāvājot patērētājiem kvalitatīvas izklaides iespējas par zemam cenam. SIA „Lielā varde” tiks reģistrēts Uzņēmumu reģistrā 2011.gada 1.jūlijā, bet darbību uzsāks ar 2011.gada 1.augustu. SIA „Lielā varde” pamatkapitāls sastādīs 2 742 latus. Uzņēmumam būs viens īpašnieks un viens līdzīpašnieks. Īpašnieks un līdzīpašnieks būs arī uzņēmuma dibinātāji un to pamatkapitāla daļas būs sadalītas 60% un 40% attiecīgi 1 645 lati un 1 097 lati. SIA „Lielā varde” tiks nodarbināti 6 darbinieki – uzņēmuma vadītājs, grāmatvedis, 2 bārmeņi un 2 apsargi. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 96 lapām un 1 pielikuma. Tas ir sadalīts 8 nodaļās. Maģistra darbā ir ievietoti 20 attēli un 29 tabulas.
