Kvalitātes sistēmas audita izvērtējums un pielietojums VAS „Valsts nekustamie īpašumi”

Maģistra darbā veikta kvalitātes vadības sistēmas izvērtēšana nekustamo īpašumu pārvaldīšanas uzņēmumā un veikta kvalitātes vadības sistēmas iekšējo auditu analīze. Darbā izskatītie auditi novērtēti izmantojot standarta ISO 9001:2009 kritērijus.
Maģistra darbs sastāv no 3 daļām – pirmajā daļā tiek apskatīta pieejamā literatūra, normatīvie akti un standarti saistīti ar kvalitātes vadību. Otrajā - izskatīta pētāmā uzņēmuma dokumentācija, tiek aplūkotas pētījumā pielietotās metodes. Trešajā - apkopoti un izvērtēti pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti, uz kuru pamata izteikti secinājumi un priekšlikumi saistībā ar maģistra darbam izvirzīto mērķi.
Darbs sastāv no 80 lpp., 16 att., 2 tab., 27 literatūras avotiem, 3 pielikumiem.

The master’s paper includes 3 sections – the section one considers the available sources of literature, laws and regulations, and standards applicable to quality management. The section two outlines the documentation of the subject company, the methods applied in the research are described. The section three summarizes and assesses the results obtained during the research on the basis of which conclusions and suggestions were made regarding the objective set for the master’s thesis.
The thesis consists of 80 pages, 16 figures, 2 tables, 27 sources of literature, 3 annexes.
