| dc.description.abstract | Diplomdarba tēma ir „Tirdzniecības aizsardzība Eiropas Savienībā un tirdzniecības aizsardzības instrumentu izmantošanas motīvi”.
Tirdzniecībai valstu starpā ir liela nozīme. Mūsdienās pastāv tendence novērst šķēršļus tirdzniecībai, bet starptautiskā tirdzniecības sistēma ļauj valstīm ieviest aizsardzības pasākumus, ko dēvē par tirdzniecības aizsardzības instrumentiem (turpmāk-TAI). Tomēr formālie TAI izmantošanas motīvi neatbilst faktiskajiem.
Darba mērķis ir raksturot TAI, to izmantošanas praksi un motīvus ES ārējās tirdzniecības politikā.
Pirmajā nodaļā tiek raksturota ES tirdzniecības politika, tās aizsardzība, otrajā analizēti TAI izmeklēšanas lietu rezultāti ES un trešajā veikta izmantošanas motīvu analīze. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The subject of the present paper is “Trade defence in European Union and motives for using trade defence instruments”.
Trade between the countries always has been important. The general tendency nowadays is to remove obstacles to trade, but the international trading system allows restrictive measures called trade defence instruments (TDI). However formal stated usage for TDI mismatch actual.
The aim of the present work is to describe TDI and identify usage motives in EU’s external trade policy.
Section 1 of paper provides the information of trade policy and TDI in EU. Section 2 provides analysis of TDI investigations and section 3 considers motives for using TDI. | en_US |
