Nodarbinātība un bezdarbs Latvijā

Abstract

Diplomdarbā ,, Nodarbinātība un bezdarbs Latvijā”, tiek apskātīta situācija par bezdarbu un nodarbinātību Latvijā, nodarbinātības politika, pasākumi bezdarba samazināšanai. Bezdarba un nodarbinātības izmaiņas Latvijā pēdējos gados.Darbā tiek apskatīta nodarbinātība un bezdarba izmaiņas pēdējos gados. Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām.Pirmā teorētiskā daļa.Otrā nodaļa bezdarba un nodarbinātības analīze.Trešāja nodaļā NVA pasākumi bezdarba samazināšanai, un bezdarbnieku aktivitāte tajos. Darba mēŗkis ir izpētīt situāciju par nodarbinātību un bezdarbu Latvijā, kā arī apskatīt situāciju reģionos, kādas izmaiņas ir pēdējos gados. Izpētīt darba samaksu un nedēļas ilgumu nodarbinātiem. Apskatīt pasākumus nodarbinātības samazināšanai, kā arī bezdarbnieku aktivitāti tajos. Kāda ir Nodarbinātības Valsts aģentūras darbība Latvijā. In the diploma paper "Employment and Unemployment in Latvia" the current situation of the employment and unemployment, the employment policy, activities to reduce the unemployment are viewed. The changes in the employment and unemployment rates are described and analyzed. The paper consists of three chapters. In the first chapter the theoretical issues of the topic are presented. In the second chapter the analysis of empoyment and unemployment is provided.The third chapter gives the activities of NEA aoimed at reduction of employment and the participation of unemployed persons in them. The aim of the paper is investigate the situation of employment and unemployment in Latvia, as well as to view the situation in the regions, the changes in last years. The paper deals with exploration od work salary and week duration to the employees, viewing activities of reduction of unemployment, as well as activity of unemployed persons in them and the performance of National Employment Agency in Latvia. In the paper the statistical analysis, as well as discourse method are used. In the diploma paper 7 tables and 23 figures are included.
