Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Nemateriālā motivācija darbinieku skatījumā”. Mērķis-pamatojoties uz teorētiskajiem materiāliem, izpētīt, kā darbinieki novērtē nemateriālās motivācijas veidus. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tika veikts pētījums, kur ar anketēšanas palīdzību tika noskaidroti galvenie nemateriālie faktori, kas motivē darbiniekus strādāt.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām-pirmajā nodaļā tika apskatīts motivācijas jēdziens, tā būtība un nozīme, kā arī motivācijas teorijas. Otrajā nodaļā bija materiālās un nemateriālās motivācijas salīdzinājums, kā arī detalizētāk apskatīti nemateriālās motivācijas veidi: iesaistīšana, pilnvarošana un „atvērtās grāmatas vadība”. Trešajā nodaļā tika aprakstīti autores pētījuma rezultāti un sakarības ar citu pētnieku darbiem.
Bakalaura darbam ir 75 lpp., tajā tiek izmantotas 3 tabulas, 15 attēli un 1 pielikums.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is „The non-material type of motivation from employee view”. The goal is to explore how employees assess non-material types of motivation, based on theoretical knowledge. To achieve the goal, the author made research, where with questionnaire were found the main non-material factors, which motivates employees’ to work.
The bachelor thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter the author explore the theoretical aspects of motivation, its essence and significance, and theories of motivation. The second chapter is comparison of material and non-material motivation, and more detailed exploration on non-material types of motivation as involvement and participation, empowerment and „open-book management”. The third chapter the author describes the results of questionnaire and finds the connection with other researcher works.
The bachelor paper consists of 75 pages, using 3 tables, 15 pictures and 1 appendix.
