SIA "E-Lats" finanšu rādītāju analīze un attīstības perspektīves

Abstract

Darbā autore izvēlējās analizēt SIA „E-Lats”, jo pēdējos gados uzņēmumam ir vērojama strauja attīstība. Tieši tāpēc radās nepieciešamība izvērtēt, vai uzņēmumam pastāv kādas finansiālās stabilitātes un maksātspējas problēmas, kuras varētu ietekmēt uzņēmuma darbības attīstību nākotnē. Darba mērķis - izvērtēt SIA „E-Lats” finansiālo situāciju un izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma darbības tālākai attīstībai. Darbā veikta SIA „E-Lats” ārējā finanšu analīze, kura pamatojas uz Latvijas un ārvalstu zinātnieku darbiem, internetā pieejamiem materiāliem, kā arī analizējamā uzņēmuma 2008., 2009., 2010., 2011., 2012. finanšu gada pārskatiem un SIA „ExpressCredit” 2009., 2010., 2011. finanšu gada pārskatiem.-

The author of the bachelor paper has chosen to analyse ‘E-Lats’ Ltd. due to its prominent growth during the past years. Accordingly, it has created a necessity to identify, if there are any financial stability or ability to pay problems in the company, which could influence company’s performance in the future. The aim of the paper is to examine the financial situation at ‘E-Lats’ Ltd. and propose recommendations for further advancement. An external financial analysis of ‘E-Lats’ Ltd. has been carried out in the paper based on national and international research papers, available data on the internet, as well as ‘E-Lats’ Ltd. financial statements of the year 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and ‘ExpressCredit’ Ltd. financial statements of the year 2009, 2010, 2011. -
