Zusammenfassung
Maģistra darbs „Valsts galvoto studentu kredītu izvērtējums starptautiskajā kontekstā” izstrādāts ar mērķi, balstoties uz starptautisko pieredzi studentu kreditēšanā, izveidot Latvijai piemērotu no ienākumu līmeņa atkarīgo studentu kreditēšanas modeli.
Maģistra darbā izvirzīta hipotēze: Latvijā ir spējīga darboties no ienākumu līmeņa atkarīgā studentu kreditēšanas sistēma, kredītu atmaksu saistot ar kredītņēmēja ienākumu līmeni.
Šī pētījuma izvirzītā hipotēze pierādījās daļēji. Latvijā īslaicīgi ir spējīga darboties no ienākumu līmeņa atkarīgā studentu kreditēšanas sistēma, taču šādas sistēmas ieviešana īstenojama posmos, tādējādi sagatavojot vidi šādas sistēmas darbībai.
Pētījuma novitāte ir no ienākumu līmeņa atkarīgā studentu kreditēšanas modeļa radīšana Latvijā.

Master's thesis put forward the hypothesis: Income contingent student lending program is able to operate in Latvia.
In the terms of research hypothesis is proved partly – in short term Income contingent student loan program in Latvia is able to operate, but the implementation of such system carried out in stages, thus preparing the environment for the operation of such system.
The novelty of this research is modeling income contingent student loan model suitable for Latvia.
