Hipotekārā kredīta ietekme uz nekustamā īpašuma tirgu

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir Hipotekārā kredīta ietekme uz nekustamā īpašuma tirgu. Darba autors pēta hipotekāro kreditēšanu, kā vienu no nekustamā īpašuma tirgus ietekmējošiem faktoriem. Izpētes objekts ir Latvijas nekustamā īpašuma tirgus. Darba mērķa sasniegšanai autors izvirzīja vairākus uzdevumus, kuri tiek pildīti darba sadaļās. Darbs ietver četras sadaļas. Pirmā nodaļā tiek pētīts hipotekārais kredīts, tā raksturojošie elementi un noformēšanas kārtība. Otrā nodaļa piedāvā Latvijas nekustamā īpašuma tirgus analīzi laika periodā no 2001.gada līdz pat mūsdienām. Šajā sadaļa autors analizē visas tirgus tendences, kas bija raksturīgas nekustamo īpašumu tirgum. Trešā nodaļa autors, balstoties uz darba rezultātiem un ekspertu atziņām, sniedz iespējamo nākotnes tendenču prognozi. Kopējs bakalaura darba apjoms ir 70 lapas. Darbā ir iekļauti 6 attēli un 17 tabulas.

Bachelor's working title is the impact of mortgage loan on real estate market. The author examines mortgage lending, as one of the real estate market influencing factors. Investigated is the Latvian real estate market. Job purpose the author has made many tasks that are filled job titles. The work includes four sections. The first chapter explores a mortgage loan, the characterizing features and presentation order. The second chapter offers the Latvian real estate market analysis for the period from 2001 to the present day. In this section the author examines all the market trends that had characterized the real estate market. The third chapter the author, based on the findings and expert knowledge, provide a forecast of possible future trends. A joint bachelor's volume of work is 70 pages. The paper includes 6 figures and 17 tables.
