SIA „KVADRO” attistības iespēju izvērtējums

Abstract

Uzņēmuma finansiālās analīzes regulāra veikšana un novērtēšana ir ceļš uz efektīvu saimniecisko darbību, tas dod iespēju novērtēt uzņēmuma nākotnes perspektīvas. Diplomdarba mērķis ir uz teorētisko un praktisko materiālu pamata veikt SIA „Kvadro” attīstības iespēju izvērtējumu, izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības uzlabošanai. Diplomdarba pirmajā daļā ir apkopots teorētiskais apskats par finanšu analīzes metodēm un iespējamiem finanšu analīzes koeficientiem, otrajā daļā veikta uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības izpēte un visbeidzot trešajā daļā veikta SIA „Kvadro” finanšu analīze un rādītāji salīdzināti ar diviem konkurējošiem uzņēmumiem. Veiktās analīzes rezultātā tika secināts ka, SIA „Kvadro” maksātnespēja vai bankrots nedraud, bet ir jāuzlabo atsevišķi rādītāji. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi darbā tika izmantoti galvenokārt Latvijas Republikas normatīvie akti, speciālā literatūra, interneta resursi un uzņēmumu gada pārskati. Atslēgvārdi: finanšu analīze, ekonomiskās aktivitātes rādītāji, likviditāte, maksātspēja, rentabilitāte, bankrots.

Periodic financial analysis and evaluation of the company is a way to achieve effective business activity by evaluating future perspectives of the company. The goal of this diploma work is to evaluate development opportunities of “Kvadro” SIA, to draw conclusions and to develop suggestions for improvement of business activities of the company, using theoretical and practical materials. The first section of this diploma work contains theoretical review of the methods and possible coefficients used in the financial analysis; the second section contains analysis of business activities of “Kvadro” SIA and the third section contains financial analysis of “Kvadro” SIA and comparison of financial results with two competitors. After the analysis it was concluded that “Kvadro” SIA is not subject to potential insolvency or bankruptcy, however needs to improve certain financial ratios. In order to achieve the goal set in the diploma work the author used relevant legislation of Republic of Latvia, special literature, internet resources and annual financial statements of the companies.
