Projekts: Grāmatvedības pakalpojumu uzņēmuma SIA "Grameko" izveidošana

Projekta gatā ir paredzēts nodibināt grāmatvedības pakalpojumu uzņēmumu SIA „GRAMEKO”. Plānotais projekts būs relatīvi neliels projekts, ekonomikas nozarē. Projekta mērķis ir nepārtērējot 3000 latu, nodibināt uzņēmumu, kurš nodarbosies ar grāmatvedības pakalpojumu sniegšanu, pirmo trīs mēnešu laikā mēnešu laikā piesaistot 10 jaunus klientus. Uzņēmuma pamatnodarbošanās būs grāmatvedības pakalpojumu sniegšana, bet uzņēmuma preikšrocība tirgū būs tāda, ka tas centīsies ar katru klientu apkalpot individuāli, veltot klientam pietiekami daudz laika, kā arī uzņēmuma prioritāte būs pakalpojumu ātrums un kvalitāte. Paralēli grāmatvedības pakalpojumu sniegšanai uzņēmums klietniem rīkos dažādus seminārus un meistarklases, kā arī dažādas konsultācijas pieaicinot dažādus ekspertus. Also the aim of this projec was to find out if the company „GRAMEKO” Ltd. will work coretly in Latvian market for long term and if it will be profitable. Thaats why the aouthor did finansial project and analysis for market. Author did the cash flow plan for three years and the profit plan for three years and bilance. And the conlusiaon is that company can work and will be profitable. The first year will end with loses but in second year there will be small profit. And the owners of company will get their mony back in the end of the third year. Author thinks that this is good for such a small business.
And in the end of all author dis the analysis for risk. Author did the risk play, the plan how to manage risks and the matrice of risks. This is for that the company can work with risks and can deny them.
And conclusion is thet the small accountant company can work in Latvia accounting market with profit. Just need good marketing plan and individual attitude for clients and of corse the quality.
