| dc.description.abstract | Par diplomdarba tematu tika izvēlēta būvuzņēmuma SIA “Re & Re” finanšu analīze un ekonomiskās situācijas novērtējums. Darba mērķis ir veikt uzņēmuma SIA “Re & Re” finanšu analīzi, uz tā pamata izdarīt secinājumus par uzņēmuma esošo finansiālo stāvokli un izvirzīt priekšlikumus, kā pilnveidot uzņēmējdarbību.
Darbs ir sadalīts trijās daļās. Pirmajā daļā tiks ietverta finanšu analīzes teorija, kurā tiks aprakstīti finanšu analīzes paņēmieni un arī rādītāji. Otrā darba daļa tiks veltīta uzņēmuma nozares aprakstam un vispārējam uzņēmuma raksturojumam. Trešajā darba daļā tiks veikta uzņēmuma analīze balstoties uz ekonomiskajiem rādītājiem, kuri tiks galvenokārt ņemti no uzņēmuma gada pārskatiem.
Apjoms diplomdarbam ir 60 lpp. ar 4 pielikumiem. Darbā izmantotas 7 tabulas, 21 formulas un 3 attēli.

| dc.description.abstract | The theme of the Diploma Thesis is “Financial Analysis and the economical situation estimation of the construction company Re & Re.
The aim of current thesis is to perform financial analysis of SIA „Re & Re”, and draw conclusions regarding present financial conditions and as a result, make suggestions regarding business improvement of existing company.
Thesis is divided into three parts. Within the first part theory of financial analysis will be included, where financial analysis’ methods and its indicators are described.
Second part of the thesis will be devoted to description of field where company is working as well as to company’s overall characteristics.
Third part is empirical part in which company’s analysis is made based on economical indicators which are taken mainly from annual reviews of the company.
Present thesis consists of 60 pages and 4 annexes. There are 7 tables, 21 formulas and 3 images used within this thesis.
