Pašvaldību ceļu un ielu informācijas sistēmas izveide

Abstract

Autores izstrādātā maģistra darba temats ir „Pašvaldību ceļu un ielu informācijas sistēmas izveide”. Darbam izvirzītais mērķis ir veicināt politiķu un plānotāju optimālu lēmumu pieņemšanu pašvaldību ceļu un ielu nozarē. Mērķa sasniegšanai tiek veikts pastāvošo pašvaldību ceļu un ielu informāciju sistēmu pētījums un iegūto datu analīze. Darba pētījuma ietvaros definēta sekojoša problēma: gan valstij, gan pašvaldībām trūkst informētības un izpratnes par pašvaldību ceļu un ielu stāvokli un pārvaldību. Problēmas risinājumam autore piedāvā Latvijā vadošajam mērniecības uzņēmumam SIA „Metrum” izstrādāt interneta vidē pastāvošu pašvaldību ceļu un ielu informācijas sistēmu (programmatūru), papildinot uzņēmuma piedāvāto pakalpojumu klāstu. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām ar apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. The aim of this work is to encourage an optimal decision making of the politicians and planners in the local road and street sector. To reach the goal a study of existing municipal road and street information systems is being carried out and the obtained data are being analyzed. The study defined the following problem: both the State and local governments lack awareness and understanding of the situation of municipal roads and streets and their management. To resolve this problem, author proposes for the biggest land surveying company in Latvia SIA „Metrum” to develop an Internet information system (software) of the municipal roads and streets, as an additional service offered by the company.
