Darba nosaukums ir „Maksātnespējas pazīmes juridisko personu finanšu pārskatos”. Temata aktualitāte pamatojās uz tā sasaisti ar ekonomisko izaugsmi, jo iekšzemes kopprodukta apjoms ir cieši saistīts ar uzņēmumos saražoto vērtību. Viens no uzņēmējdarbības attīstības šķēršļiem ir maksātnespēja, kas sekmē uzņēmuma likvidāciju, tāpēc ir svarīga laicīga maksātnespējas draudu konstatēšana, lai to izdarītu, ir nepieciešams definēt tās pazīmes un veikt tās prognozes. The name of this work is „The insolvency signs in private person’s financial reports”. Actuality of the subject based on its linkage with economic growth because Gross domestic product is closely related to the value produced by enterprises. One of the obstacles to the development of business is insolvency, which conducive to liquidation of the company, so it is important to determine timely a threat of insolvency. In order to do this, it is necessary to define its characteristics and do forecasts. Bachelor thesis aim is to explore the theoretical foundations and the laws regulations about insolvency and identify signs of insolvency in insolvent companies “Plus Punkts”, “Elsana” and “Ekslar” financial repots in order to conclude about their ability to determine the existence of insolvency and make recommendations to management about the resolution of insolvency types.
