Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma – Projekts: Alternatīvo ieguldījumu fonda izveidošana. Projekta mērķis ir paplašināt esošas ieguldījumu pārvaldes akciju sabiedrības produktu klāstu izveidojot jaunu ieguldījumu fondu. Projekta ietvaros ir paredzēts izveidot slēgtā tipa alternatīvo ieguldījumu fondu, kas veiktu investīcijas tādos nekustamā īpašuma attīstības projektos, kas tieši saistīti ar pozitīvu priekšnoteikumu radīšanu lauksaimniecības uzņēmumu izveidošanai un attīstīšanai; tāpat fonds savus līdzekļus investēs tādu augsta izaugsmes potenciāla uzņēmumu kapitāla daļās, kas orientējas uz nišas lauksaimniecības produktu ražošanu.

The theme of the Paper is Project: Establishment of an Alternative Investment Fund. The project aims to expand the range of products of asset management company by creating a new closed-end alternative investment fund which would invest in real estate development projects that are directly related to the positive preconditions for agricultural business start-up and development; the fund would also invest in high growth potential company shares that focus on production of niche products.
