Ortokeratoloģijas radītās radzenes izmaiņas

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts angļu valodā, satur 55 drukātas lapas, 39 zīmējumus, 26 grafikus, 2 tabulas un 18 bibliogrāfijas avotus. Darbā ir analizētas radzenes izmaiņas, ko rada naktī nēsājamās ortokeratoloģiskās kontaktlēcas. Pētījums veikts Itālijā, izmantojot datus par ortokeratoloģisko kontaktlēcu nēsātāju 148 acīm. Tika novērtēti faktori, kas ietekmē radzenes izmaiņas atkarībā no radzenes centrālās daļas liekuma rādiusa, pacienta vecuma un miopijas lieluma. Eksperimenta rezultāti parāda, ka nenovēro izmaiņu lieluma būtisku atkarību no pacienta vecuma un radzenes liekuma, bet līdz ar miopijas lieluma pieaugumu radzenes optiskā stipruma izmaiņu lielums atpaliek no miopijas lieluma. The thesis is written in English on 55 pages, with 39 figures, with 26 graphics, Table 2 and 18 sources of bibliography. In this study done in Italy, were examined the corneal variation induced by orthokeratology contacts lents to be worn at night. One hundred forty-eight of ortho-k lens wearers have taken part in this study. It was then possible to evaluate which factors influence corneal changes, such as, for example, the corneal curvature ray value, age of the patients and value of myopia. The test results confirm that there was no significant dependence, both based on the age of the patients and on the curvature radius of the cornea.
