| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt Pielou diferenču vienādojuma atrisinājuma uzvedību atkarībā no koeficienta beta.
Darbā apskatīti rezultāti par autonoma Pielou vienādojuma un Pielou vienādojuma ar periodisku koeficientu atrisinājuma izturēšanos. Darbs paplašināts ar pilnīgākiem pierādījumiem un ilustrējošiem piemēriem. Pēdējā nodaļā tiek apskatītas pašlaik neatrisinātās Pielou vienādojuma problēmas par sākuma nosacījumu nepieļaujamās kopas meklēšanu un atrisinājuma globālo izturēšanos, ja {beta_n} ir konverģenta pozitīvu reālu skaitļu virkne.
Kopumā iegūtie rezultāti palīdz izprast racionāla diferenču vienādojuma dinamiku. Teorētiskais pamatojums var būt noderīgs, analizējot matemātiskos modeļus, kas sevī ietver diferenču vienādojumus.

| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this paper is to analyze solution behavior of Pielou difference equation, depending on coefficient beta.
Paper contains results about solution behavior of autonomous Pielou equation and Pielou equation with periodic coefficient. The Bachelor thesis has been extended with more completed proofs and illustrative examples. The last chapter contains information about currently unresolved Pielou equation problems that include finding forbiden set of initial conditions and global behavior of solution, if {beta_n} is a convergent sequence of positive real numbers.
In overall, the results help to understand the dynamics of rational difference equation. Theoretical background may be useful in the analyis of mathematical models, which include difference equations.
