Socioloģisko pētījumu procesu automatizēšana

Abstract

Mūsdienās socioloģiskie pētījumi kļūst arvien aktuālāki uzņēmējdarbības vidē. Veicot socioloģiskos pētījumus, iespējams iegūt informāciju, kas ir būtiska uzņēmumam, realizējot piedāvāto preci vai pakalpojumu. Līdz ar to palielinās pieprasījums pēc šāda veida pētījumiem. Šī bakalaura darba galvenais mērķis ir uzzināt, kādus socioloģisko pētījumu procesus ir iespējams un nepieciešams automatizēt, kā arī izstrādāt risinājumus šo procesu automatizācijas realizācijai, tādējādi veicinot socioloģisko pētījumu procesa efektivitāti. Šī darba ietvaros tiek pētīti socioloģisko pētījumu procesi no teorētiskā un praktiskā viedokļa, kā arī noteiktas tās darbības, kuras socioloģisko pētījumu veikšanas laikā ir nepieciešams automatizēt. Balstoties uz iegūto informāciju, bakalaura darbā tiek piedāvāts pētījumu procesu automatizācijas sistēmas projektējums.

Nowadays social research is becoming more significant in entrepreneurship as it provides businessmen with useful information to design and offer competitive products in the market. Hence the demand for a social research is increasing. The main objective of this work is to learn the processes of social research that can be automated and to design the possible automation implementing methods, thereby improving the effectiveness of social research work. In this paper the processes of social research have been studied both from theoretical and practical point of view. Theoretical part of this paper covers the theoretical meaning of the social research. Additionally the paper analyzes particular social research processes that can be automated. On the basis of the study results the paper reveals possible design of the system for automation of social research processes.
