Abstract

Balstoties uz literatūras analīzi par šo tēmu, darbā ir aprakstīts, kā izmainījies japāņu ģimenes modelis sākot ar pēckara periodu, kādas tendences ģimenē ir raksturīgākas mūsdienās un kā tās ietekmē veco ļaužu dzīvi. Tiek izpētītas Japānas demogrāfiskās un sociālās situācijas izmaiņas kopš pēckara perioda līdz mūsdienām, kā arī izklāstīts, kā šī situācija mainījusi vecās paaudzes dzīves apstākļus un kvalitāti. Esmu aprakstījusi tādus valsts piedāvātos risinājumus veco laužu aprūpei kā sociālie pakalpojumi mājās, dienas aprūpes centri, geriatrijas veselības aprūpes iestādes un ilgtermiņa aprūpes programmas.The author of the work: Zane Pole The name of the work: The issue of the care of old people in present day Japan The leader of the work: lekt. Ieva Tretjuka The amount of the work: 50 pages, 29 sources of the literature The issues such as the care of the elderly in present-day Japan are discussed in this work. Using literature about this issue I have described how the japanese family pattern has changed after the World War Two, what trends are characteristic in present-day families and what impact they have on old people’s lives. The changes of demographic and social situation of Japan since postwar era as well as its effect on old generation’s living conditions and quality of life are stated in this work. I have described the solutions for care of old people what state has offerd such as social services in home, day care centers, geriatric health care facilities and long-term care programs.
