Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Korporatīvā kultūra Žordi Galserāna darbā “Grenholma metode”. Tiek uzskatīts, ka jebkurš mākslas darbs ir laikmeta gara atspoguļojums kad tas tika radīts. Arī mūsdienu teātra māksla atspoguļo sabiedrības problēmas un aizskar urbanizētas pasaules aktuālākas tēmas. Maģistra darba mērķis ir analizēt Žordi Galserāna lugu “Grenholma metode” un tās kinoadaptāciju, kas saucās “Metode”, lai atrastu atspoguļotās abos darbos korporatīvas kultūras ētikas iezīmes. Konkurenti ir spējīgi apvainot un pazemot savus sāncenšus lai panāktu viņu aiziešanu vai izraidīšanu no atlases procesa. The theme of the present master paper is “Corporate Culture in Jordi Galceran’s Play “The Gronholm Method”. It is considered that any piece of art is a reflection of the spirit of time it was created in. The theatre of present days reflects the problems of the society and deals with the current topics of the urbanized world. The goal of the present paper is to analyse Jordi Galceran’s play “The Gronholm Method” and its filmic adaptation “The Method” in order to detect the characteristic features of ethics of the corporate culture reflected in both pieces. The competitors are disposed to insult and humiliate one another in order to make them leave the process of the selection. The film inspired by Jordi Galceran’s play reveals the corporate culture of the contemporary corporation through the reflection of the rough competition of the candidates for the one position.
