Reliģija postmodernisma skatījumā K. K. Steda romānā „Mans vārds bija Jūda”

Abstract

Šī pētījuma temats ir ‘Reliģija postmodernisma skatījumā K.K. Steda romānā „Mans vārds bija Jūda”. Pētījuma mērķis bija pierādīt ka „Mans vārds bija Jūda” ir postmodernisma romāns un tas atspoguļo postmodernisma skatījumu uz reliģiju. Autore izceļ postmodernisma daiļliteratūras iezīmes un analīze attieksmi pret reliģiju postmodernā laikā. Balstoties uz teorētiskā pētījuma rezultātiem, autore analizē romānu, kā arī salīdzina to ar Bībeli. Pētījuma rezultāti parada ka K.K. Steda romāns ‘Mans vārds bija Jūda’ satur postmodernisma daiļliteratūras iezīmes un atspoguļo postmodernisma skatījumu uz reliģiju.

The topic of the present paper is ‘Postmodern View on Religion in C.K. Stead’s Novel ‘My Name Was Judas’’. The goal of the research was to prove that ‘My Name Was Judas’ is a postmodern novel and it reflects postmodern views on religion. The author distinguishes the features of postmodern fiction and analyses the attitude towards religion in the postmodern age. Based on the results of the theoretical research the author analyses the novel, as well as compares it with the Bible. The results of the research show that the novel ‘My Name Was Judas’ by C.K. Stead contains the elements of postmodern fiction and reflects the postmodern view on religion.
