Abstract

Globalizācijas procesa ietekmē jaunās tehnoloģijas ir mainījušas ne tikai ierasto darba kārtību uzņēmumos un tirdzniecībā, bet arī lietišķās korespondences tradīcijas. Rakstāmmašīnas, internets, e-pasta ieviešana un mobilo telefonu izplatīšanās ieviesa savas korekcijas komunikācijas attīstībā. Tāpēc šis darbs ir veltīts vācu un latviešu lietišķās korespondences izpētei 20. un 21. gadsimtā. Darbā tika noskaidrots, kā senākās vācu lietišķās korespondences tradīcijas ir ietekmējušas dokumentu noformēšanas kārtību latviešu valodā, kādas institūcijas ir ietekmējušas normu izveidošanos. Lai to noteiktu, tika salīdzinātas vācu un latviešu rokasgrāmatas par lietišķo saraksti, kas tika izdotas pirms un pēc rakstāmmašīnu ieviešanas birojos, un strauja interneta izplatīšanas laikā. Īpaša uzmanība tika pievērsta rokasgrāmatu saturam, jo tas atspoguļo katram laika periodam raksturīgas lietišķas sarakstes īpatnības, un pieteikuma paraugvēstulēm, kas bieži ir ilgstošas sadarbības pamats. Tāpat darbā tika salīdzināti spēkā esošie vācu un latviešu dokumentu izstrādāšanas un noformēšanas noteikumi. Lai noskaidrotu, vai mūsdienu cilvēki ievēro dokumentu izstrādāšanas un noformēšanas noteikumus un lietišķas sarakstes konvencijas, tika veiktas kvalitatīvās intervijas ar lielo un mazo uzņēmumu pārstāvjiem un oriģinālu e-pastu analīze. Darba hipotēze, ka vācu lietišķās sarakstes tradīcijas ietekmēja latviešu lietišķās sarakstes tradīcijas līdz 2. Pasaules karam, un, ka jaunā dokumentu izstrādāšanas un noformēšanas kārtība balstās uz internacionāliem noteikumiem, apstiprinājās.

The processes of globalisation impact not only the usual order of the day in business, but also the traditions of business correspondence. Typewriters, the Internet, E-Mails and the spread of mobile phones have changed the development of communication. That is why this paper provides an insight into the development of German and Latvian business correspondence in 20th and 21st century. The paper discusses how the old German business correspondence traditions have influenced the execution of documents in Latvian, the establishment of which institutions have influenced the formation of norms. In order to define this, German and Latvian vade-mecums for business correspondence before and after the introduction of typewriters in offices and after the rapid spreading of the Internet were compared. The focus of attention were contents of the vade-mecums that describe the features of correspondence characteristic of a certain time period and sample request letters, which usually are the base for further partnership. The effectual regulations for the execution of documents in Germany and Latvia are compared as well. In order to clarify if people nowadays consider these regulations and conventions for business correspondence, qualitative interviews with office workers of large and small companies and an organization for the representation of Latvia were conducted and original business e-mails were analysed. The hypothesis of this paper that the old German business correspondence traditions have influenced the execution of documents in Latvian till the Second World War and that modern regulations for the execution of documents are based on international regulations has been approved.
