Intertekstualitāte Amerikas Savienoto Valstu prezidentu inaugurācijas runās
Zusammenfassung
Inaugurācijas runas satur iepriekš piedzīvotu notikumu, sasniegumu, kā arī garīgu vērtību un reliģiskās pārliecības atspoguļojumu, ko var panākt, citējot tekstus vai tajos paustās idejas – semiotikā šo procesu sauc par intertekstualitāti (intertextuality).
Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir izzināt un salīdzināt avotus, uz kuriem savās inaugurācijas runās atsaukušies pirmie un pēdējie pieci ASV prezidenti, un noteikt, vai laika gaitā intertekstualitātes forma un biežums ir mainījušies.
Pētījuma rezultāti norāda, ka Amerikas dibināšanas dokumenti un Bībele ir visbiežāk lietotie atsauču avoti un laika gaitā avotu skaits ir palielinājies. Atsauču biežums runās ir nevienmērīgs un individuāls, savukārt paradums nepieminēt avotu nosaukumus vai autorus un pārfrāzēt atsauces ir palicis nemainīgs.

The goal of this bachelor paper is to explore and compare the sources the first and last five USA presidents refer to in their inaugural addresses and observe whether the degree and frequency of intertextual instances has changed with time.
Discourse analysis of inaugural speeches show that the most common sources are the founding documents of America and the Bible, and the scope of sources has increased with the latest speeches. However, the frequency of referencing is unsteady and depends on each speech, and the tradition to unmark and paraphrase the sources has stayed unchanged.
