Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām. The tasks of this thesis are to analyze the different behavior models of the Japanese, in order to reflect the paradigms of Japanese society, students and teachers, and to classify the effects of the reform , as well as, to compare the democratic and autocratic systems in schools. The thesis consists of three chapters. As a result, it is concluded, that autocracy and conformism is still present in Japanese schools even after crucial reforms which have happened in the post-war period. The reasons for this phenomenon are not only cultural, but also psychological.
