Abstract

Darba tēma ir „Aprūpes mājās pieejamība un nepieciešamība vienā novadā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka situācija Latvijas veselības aprūpē. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot alternatīvas aprūpes iespējamību un iedzīvotāju attieksmi pret to. Darba uzdevumi: analizēt literatūru, apzināt māsas lomu jautājuma risināšanā, iegūt informāciju par pakalpojuma nodrošināšanas iespējām, un pakalpojuma nozīmi iedzīvotāju dzīvē. Darba hipotēze: Aprūpes mājās pakalpojums ir aktuāls novadā, kurā ir radušies sarežģījumi veselības aprūpes nodrošināšanā. Pētītie jautājumi: iedzīvotāju iespējas saņemt veselības aprūpes mājās pakalpojumu, un objektīvie un subjektīvie faktori, kas ietekmē pakalpojuma pieejamību novadā. Darbā izmantotas kvalitatīvās un kvantitatīvās pētniecības metodes. Pētniecības instrumenti: intervijas un anketēšana. Secinājums: pakalpojums novadā ir pieejams, bet to nevar iedzīvotājiem nodrošināt pietiekamā apjomā un kvalitātē. Pētījuma hipotēze ir pierādīta. Atslēgas vārdi: veselības aprūpe mājās, māsu lomas aprūpē, vajadzības.

The subject of the research „Accessibility and Necessity of the House Health Care System in a Region”. Urgency of the subject is presented by the situation in the Latvian health care system. Objective of the research: to analyse the alternatives of the house health care system and the attitude of the population. Tasks performed within the research: to analyse the literature, to apprehend the role of the medical assistance personnel, to gather the information on the possibilities to ensure the service and its role in the daily life of the population. Hypothesis of the research: the house health care system is an urgent need in the region, which encounters the problems with the health care system. Analyzed questions: accessibility of the house health care system for the population, objective and subjective factors, which influence the accessibility of the services in a region. Qualitative and quantitative research methods where used. Research instruments: interviews and questionnaires. Conclusion: the service in the region is accessible, however it cannot be ensured for the population at a sufficient level of quality and quantity. The hypothesis of the research was demonstrated.
