Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: Saskarsmi ietekmējošie faktori uzņemšanas nodaļā. Darba mērķis noskaidrot un aprakstīt svarīgākos saskarsmi ietekmējošos faktorus uzņemšanas nodaļā pacientu skatījumā. Pētījums veikts ar kvantitatīvo metodi – anketēšanu. Anketēti 114 respondenti. Pētījuma rezultāti apkopoti un attēloti diagrammu un tabulu veidā. Hipotēze: Uzņemšanas nodaļā pacientu aprūpē var vairāk ievērot viņu individuālās īpašības, bet nepietiekoši pievērst uzmanību saskarsmes kontekstam. Pētījuma rezultātā noteikti galvenie saskarsmes faktori uzņemšanas nodaļā, apkopojot datus, autore secina, ka hipotēze apstiprinājusies. The topic of the bachelor paper: Factors that influence interaction in admission department. The aim is to clear out and describe main factors that influence interaction in admission department from patients' point of view. Methodology: survey. 114 respondents have been surveyed. Results are summarized and depicted in figures and charts. Hypothesis: it is possible to observe patients' individual characteristics during health care in admission department, however cotext of interaction can be insufficiently observed. Thus the main factors of inetaction in admission department have been determined. Hypothesis has been proved. The bachelor paper consists of 54 pages, 33 sources of literature.
