Pacienta līdzestība arteriālās hipertensijas medikamentozajā terapijā

Abstract

Maģistra darbs veltīts pētījumiem par pacienta līdzestību arteriālās hipertensijas medikamentozajā terapijā. Arteriālā hipertensija ir aktuāla problēma visā pasaulē. Arī apmēram 40% Latvijas iedzīvotāju ir paaugstināts AS virs 140/90 mmHg. Tomēr neskatoties uz to, ka mūsdienās ir pieejams plašs hipertensijas medikamentu klāsts, hipertensijas kontroles efektivitātes jautājums ir aktuāls un tas cieši saistīts ar nepietiekamu arteriālās hipertensijas pacientu līdzestību medikamentozajā terapijā. Līdzestības nepietiekamība, to veicinoši un traucējošie faktori ir galvenie pētījuma jautājumi, kas apskatīti darbā veiktajā pētījumā. Master’s degree work is dedicated to the research of patiens compliance in arterial hypertension medicamental therapy. Arterial hypertensy is an actual problem in the whole world. Also, approximately 40% of the Latvian population is promoted over 140/90 mmHg. However, in spite of the fact that in now days there are accessible quite spacious choice of hipetensial medicaments the question about hipertensial controle is actual and bounded to the fact that there is a lack of patiens adherence in arterial hipertensial medicamental therapy. Lack of patiens adherence and the stimulated and obstructive factors of that are the main research questions in the work. Key words: arterial hypertensy, medicamental therapy, compliance.
