Celulārā fibronektīna koncentrācija kuņģa vēža pacientiem ar zināmu Helicobacter Pylori infekciju

Abstract

Pasaulē ar kuņģa vēzi ik gadu saslimst ap miljons cilvēku un tas ir ceturtais visbiežāk izplatītais vēzis uz zemeslodes, sekojot aiz plaušu, krūts un kolorektālā vēža, taču mirstības ziņā kuņģa vēzis ieņem 2.vietu pasaulē, tas sastāda 8,6% no visiem pirmreizēji diagnosticētiem ļaundabīgo vēžu gadījumiem. Nopietnākais kuņģa vēža riska faktors ir Helicobacter pylori infekcija. Kuņģa vēža pacientiem tiek novērota paaugstināta celulārā fibronektīna koncentrācija, kas iespējams ļautu to izmantot kā vēža marķieri. Pētījums tika veikts, lai noskaidrotu vai Helicobacter Pylori infekcija ietekmē celulārā fibronektīna (cFn) koncentrāciju pacientiem ar kuņģa vēzi. Analizējot Latvijas Onkoloģijas centrā ārstēto kuņģa vēža un labdabīgo gastrointestinālo slimību pacientu datus saistībā ar Helicobacter pylori infekciju un celulārā fibronektīna koncentrācijas izmaiņām, izmantojot statistikas metodi SPSS 19.0 (SPSS Inc., IBM corp., USA).

It is almost a million people a year over the world who fall ill with a gastric cancer. Gastric cancer is the fourth most widespread cancer type in the world after lung cancer, breast cancer and colorectal cancer, although it takes second place in the death rate. It forms 8,6% from all first-time diagnosed cases of malignant cancers. The most serious factor of the risk of gastric cancer is Helicobacter pylori infection. It has been observed that patients, who suffer from gastric cancer, have increased concentration of cellular fibronectin, that allows to use it as a marker of cancer. This research paper has been done so to find out whether Helicobacter Pylori infection affects the concentration of cellular fibronectin (cFn) in the patients of gastric cancer. Analyzing patients, who has been cured in the Latvian Ocology Centre from gastric cancer and non-malignant gastrointertinal diseases, files relating to Helicobacter pylori infection and changes of cellular fibronectin conc.
