Osteoporoze ir nopietna,hroniska skeleta slimība,kuras rezultātā kauli kļūst trausli,ir viegli lūstoši.Pasaulē osteoporozes ārstēšanā visbiežāk lieto bisfosfonātus,kā arī biežāk lietojot tos bāzes terapijā ar kalcija,D3 vitamīna preparātiem.Maģistra darba mērķis–izpētīt pretosteoporozes medikamentu apgrozījumu Jelgavas aptiekā no2012.gada1.marta līdz2014.gada31.martam,lai novērotu tendences medikamentu iegādē.Pēc aktīvās vielas visvairāk izrakstīja alfakalcidolu,nātrija alendronātu/holekalciferolu,stroncija ranelātu,nātrija rizendronātu.Pēc tirdzniecības nosaukumiem vispirktākie-AlphaD3-TEVA0,25mcgN60,Fosavance70/0,14 N12,Risendros35mgN12.Ārsti biežāk izrakstījuši alfakalcidolu,medikamentus no antirezorbtīvās grupas.Visvairāk slimojošie-vecumā no71līdz80gadiem.Galvenokārt slimo sievietes. Visbiežāk uzstādītā diagnoze bija M80.0. 99% recepšu izraksta ģimenes ārsti. Medikamentu tirdzniecībā nav novērota sezonalitāte. Osteoporosis is a serious,chronic illness,resulting in fragilityof skeleton bones,easily caving.Worldwide,to treat osteoporosis the most commonly used medication medications are bisphosphonates and more they are usedas therapy supplemented with calcium,vitamin D3.The objective of Mater’s Thesis is to study dispensing of the antiosteoporotic drugs in the pharmacy of Jelgava in period from01.03.2012to31.03.2014with aim to observe trends of acquisition of these medicaments.The most often prescribed active substances were alfacalcidol,alendronate natrium/cholecalciferol,strontium ranelate,natrium risendronate. The most often bought by trade names-AlphaD3-TEVA0,25mcgN60,Fosavance70/0,14 N12,Risendros35mgN12.Doctors most often prescribed alfacalcidol,drugs from the antiresorptive group.The majority suffering-at the age of71–80years,mainly women.The most common diagnosis was M80.0.99% of prescriptions were prescribed by general practitioners.No seasonality in the drug dispensing was noticed.
