Bakalaura darbā
apskatīti jautājumi par vecu cilvēku zināšanām un izpratni par sabalansēta uztura un fizisko
aktivitāšu nozīmi fiziskās pašsajūtas nodrošināšanā un gastroinestinālo slimību profilaksē.
Pētījumā tika analizētas
V.Hendersones teorija, pamatota pamatvajadzībās un D.Oremas pašaprūpes trūkuma teorija,
apskatīti jautājumi par vecu cilvēku fizioloăiskajām un psiholoăiskajām izmaiĦām, viĦu
dzīvesveidu, aktivitātēm, zināšanām par to un analizēti pētījuma rezultātā iegūtie dati.

izmantots 31 literatūras avots, no tiem 5 angĜu valodā, 1 krievu valodā.

Basic objective of the research in group of is to recognize to what degree older people are familiar with importance of balanced sustenance and physical activities to feel comfortable and prevent gastrointestinal diseases. The research analyses theories of Henderson and Orema and discuss questions regarding older people physiological and psychological changes, lifestyle, activities, and analyses results taken from the research. Also qualitative analysis was used and structured interviews taken. Bibliography consists of 31 source material (national and international).
