Bakalaura darba „Zīmola atpazīstamības līmenis universālveikala "Stockmann" pastāvīgo klientu vidū un tā paaugstināšanas iespējas: "Acqua di Parma" gadījums” mērķis ir noskaidrot zīmola "Acqua di Parma" atpazīstamības līmeni universālveikala "Stockmann" pastāvīgo klientu vidū, dažādās klientu grupās un tā paaugstināšanas iespējas.
Pētījumā kā kvalitatīvās pētniecības metode izmantota gadījuma studijas pieeja. Bakalaura darbā kā datu vākšanas metodes izmantotas līdzdalības novērojumi, daļēji strukturētās intervijas. Kā kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode izmantota anketēšana, bet kā pētījuma datu apstrādes metodes izmantotas kvalitatīvā kontentanalīze un faktoru analīze.
Teorētiskais materiāls balstīts uz zīmola teorētiķu Deivida A. Ākera, Žana Noela Kapferera, Volija Olinsa, Džeka Trauta, Ala Raisa un citu autoru teorētiskajām nostādnēm.
Darbs strukturēts 7 nodaļās. Bakalaura darbam pievienoti 18 pielikumi.

The aim of the bachelor’s paper „Publicity level of the brand between the regular department store "Stockmann" customers and possibilities to increase this level: "Acqua di Parma" case” was to find out the brand of "Acqua di Parma" level of recognition among loyal customers of the department store "Stockmann" in different customer groups and its promotion possibilities.
As research method was used the case study approach. As data collection method was used participant observation and semi-structured interview. As a method of quantitative research was used questionnaire. As data processing method of the results of the research was used content analyse and factor analyse.
Theoretical materials based on brands theorists David Aaker, Jean Noel Kapferer, Wally Olins, Jack Trout, Al Rice and other theoretical guidelines.
The DP consists of 7 (seven) chapters. There are added 18 appendices.
