Šajā bakalaura darbā tiks aprakstīta RTU Informācija tehnoloģijas bakalaura programmas un LU Datorzinātnes bakalaura programmas absolventu integrēšanās darba tirgū. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādi faktori veicināja vai kavēja absolventus veiksmīgi integrēties darba tirgū. Pētījuma teorētiskā bāze balstās uz cilvēkkapitāla teoriju, sociālā kapitāla teoriju un racionālās izvēles teoriju. Darba uzdevums ir pārbaudīt četras izvirzītās hipotēzes. Pētījumā tiek apstiprināta hipotēze, ka galvenā problēma, kas kavē absolventus veiksmīgi integrēties darba tirgū ir pieredzes trūkums. Pētījuma rezultāti atklāj, ka integrēšanās procesā liela nozīme ir cilvēkkapitālam. Izmantotā metode – interneta aptauja.

The aim is to find out factors what contributed or hindered graduates to succesfully integrate into the labor market. Theoretical basis is based on the theory of human capital, theory of social capital and rational choice theory. Bachelor thesis goal is to examine four hypotheses. The hypothesis that, the main problem what hinders graduates to successfully integrate in the labor market is a lack of experience, was approved. Research results reveal that human capital have big importance into the integration process. Method used - internet survey.
