Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Rīgas Domes darbības atspoguļojums latviešu un krievu presē: rāmējuma analīze” (2012.-2013.).
Pētījuma mērķis ir salīdzināt, vai un kā atšķiras laikrakstu „Diena”, un „Вести Сегодня” pozīcijas Rīgas domes darbības atspoguļošanā. Mērķa sasniegšanai izvirzīti uzdevumi: pētījumam atbilstošu teorētisko avotu izpēte, laikrakstu satura analīze un iegūto rezultātu analīze.
Pētījuma problēma – iespējami nekritiskās, nesabalansētās laikrakstu pozīcijas.

The aim is to compare, how and if the positions of the newspaper 'Diena' and 'Вести Сегодня' differ in regards to the works of the Dome. To achieve this aim the following task have been created: the study of theoretical research sources, the analysis of the contents of the newspapers and the analysis of the obtained results. The thesis of this study - if possible non critical, non balanced positions of the newspapers.
