Jauniešu motīvi, konvertējoties reliģiskajā kustībā "Jaunā paaudze"

Abstract

Darba nosaukums: "Jauniešu motīvi konvertējoties reliģiskajā kustībā „Jaunā paaudze”". Darba hipotēze: Jauniešu motīvi, konvertējoties reliģiskajā kustībā „Jaunā paaudze”, ir saistīti ar viņu tieksmēm atrisināt savas dzīves problēmsituācijas, kā arī konstruēt jaunu identitāti. Galvenie darba mērķi ir noteikt galvenos jauniešu konvertēšanās pamatmotīvus un tipoloģizēt tos, kā arī noskaidrot kādā veidā jaunieši konvertējās reliģiskajā organizācijā „Jaunā paaudze”. Pētniecības virzieni: definēti darbā izmantotie teorētiskie jēdzieni un analizētas reliģiskās konvertēšanās teorijas un konvertēšanās pamatmotīvi; aplūkojot jauniešu konvertēšanās stāstus identificēti viņu motīvi, iestājoties reliģiskajā kustībā, analizētas tās pārmaiņas, kas notiek jauniešu identitātē izejot konvertēšanās procesu; rekonstruēts konvertēšanās procesa modelis.

The title of master thesis: conversion motives of youth joining the religious movement „New Generation”. The thesis presents an idea that conversion motives of youth joining the religious movement „New Generation” are connected with their aspiration to resolve the problem situations and also to design the identity of person. The purposes of work are defining of the main motives of the conversion of youth and to determine the types of these motives, also defining the process of youth convertation in religious movement „New Generation”. Stages of research: 1) defining the theoretical concepts and theories of the religious conversion used in work, analyzing the basic motives of the conversion; 2) examining and analyzing stories of the religious conversion of youth, their motives of the religious conversion in religious movement are identified; 3) analyzing changes of identity of those young people which have passed process of the religious conversion and reconstructing the model of process of the religious conversion.
