Antiamerikānisms Rietumeiropā 21.gadsimtā

Abstract

Darba temats ir antiamerikānisms trīs Rietumeiropas valstīs – Lielbritānijā, Vācijā un Francijā – 21. gadsimtā. Problēma ir tajā, ka antiamerikānisms ir aizspriedumaina reakcija, nevis racionāla kritika, un tā varētu negatīvi ietekmēt starptautu un starpvalstu attiecības. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot antiamerikānisma tendences šinīs Eiropas valstīs. Darba uzdevumos ir izpētīt pašu sarežģīto antiamerikānisma terminu, tā iespējamos cēloņus, kā arī paša aizsprieduma izpausmes veidus šajās Rietumeiropas valstīs. Rezultātos tika noskaidrots tas, ka šī aizsprieduma tendences pētniecībā pastāv aizvien dažādu sarežģītību, tajā skaitā precīzas sabiedrības noskaņojuma noskaidrošana. Lai arī antiamerikānisms ir novērojams šajās valstīs un tas pieauga pēc Afganistānas un Irākas kariem, nav pierādījumu un pamatojums uzskatīt, ka tas ir tur izplatīts.

The theme of this work is anti-Americanism in three Western European countries – Great Britain, Germany and France – during the 21st century. The main issue is that anti-Americanism is a prejudice and not rational criticism, so it can have a negative impact on the relations between people and countries themselves. The goal of this work is to find out anti-Americanism tendencies in these countries. The main tasks are researching the term itself, its possible causes, as well the manifestation of this prejudice in these Western European countries. It was found out that there are still many difficulties in the research of this prejudice, including precise opinion of folks. Although anti-Americanism has been observed in these nations and it increased after the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, there is no evidence to believe that it is widespread.
