dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darbā pētīta Beza Lurmena filmās „Viljama Šekspīra Romeo+Džuljeta”, „Mulenrūža!”, „Austrālija” un „Lielais Getsbijs” izmantotā populārā mūzika un digitālās tehnoloģijas, kas ir nozīmīga režisora kino valodas daļa. Pētījuma problēma saistīta ar postmodernā kino un autorkino izpausmēm Beza Lurmena filmu estētikā un to saistību ar pētījumā analizētajiem kino elementiem. Teorētiskajā daļā apskatīta postmodernā un digitālā kino, kā arī autorkino teorija, populārās mūzikas pielietojums kino, kā arī Beza Lurmena filmu nozīmīgākās iezīmes Austrālijas kino kontekstā. Metodoloģiskajā daļā aprakstītas pētījumā pielietotās metodes – semiotiskā analīze un daļēji strukturētās intervijas. Empīriskajā daļā veikta populārās mūzikas un digitālo tehnoloģiju izmantojuma analīze, kuras rezultāti salīdzināti ar ekspertu intervijās iegūtajiem viedokļiem. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | In the master’s thesis Baz Luhrmann’s film aesthetics are analyzed by significance of popular music and digital technologies, which is an important part of the director’s cinematic language. The research problem is based on postmodern and auteur cinema theory and its relations with the elements of Baz Luhrmann’s films analyzed in the study. Theoretical approach in the paper is based on postmodern and digital cinema, the auteur theory, popular music in film and description of Australian cinema and creative works of Baz Luhrmann. Methodology used in research – semiotic analysis and partly structured interviews. In film research semiotic analysis of popular music and digital technology is used, results are compared with experts’ opinions from interviews. | en_US |
