Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma: Pakalpojumu programmas izstrāde darbam ar klientiem ar vecuma demenci ilgstošas sociālās aprūpes un sociālās rehabilitācijas institūcijā. Diplomdarba mērķis: Izstrādāt pakalpojumu programmu darbam ar klientiem ar demenci ilgstošas sociālās aprūpes un sociālās rehabilitācijas institūcijā. Darba uzbūve: Darbs sadalīts teorētiskajā un praktiskajā daļā, kas strukturētas 6 nodaļās: Pirmajā nodaļā ar piecām apakšnodaļām autore raksta par sabiedrības novecošanos un ar to saistītajām īpatnībām un slimībām. Otrajā nodaļā, ievērojot darba struktūras loģiku, tiek atspoguļotas aprūpes sniegšanas pamatiezīmes cilvēkiem ar demenci, kā arī aplūkoti Vispasaules Alcheimera slimības asociācijas galvenie aprūpes principi. Trešajā nodaļā tiek runāts par komandas darbu un tā nozīmi darbā ar cilvēkiem ar vecume demenci. Ceturtajā nodaļā autore atspoguļo empīrisko pētījumu, vispirms sniedzot pētījuma teorētisko ievirzi un pēc tam arī pētījuma analīzi.. Pētījumā intervēti speciālisti, kuri strādā ar šo klientu grupu, kā arī sieviete, kuras mātei ir konstatēta un diagnosticēta vecuma demence. Savukārt pēdējā nodaļā apkopoti ieteikumi un praktiski padomi darbā ar cilvēkiem ar demenci ilgstošas sociālās aprūpes un sociālās rehabilitācijas institūcijā.

Subject of diploma paper: Development of service programme for customers with age dementio residing in an establishment of long term social care and social rehabilitation. Goal of the diploma paper: develop the service programme for work with customers with dementio residing at an establishment of long term social care and social rehabilitation. Structure of the paper: works is divided into its theoretical and practical part whoch are structured in 6 units: In Unit 1 with five subunits the author writes about the sociaty growing older and the features and sicknesses associated with it. Unit 2, following the logics of the structure of the paper, reflects the basic features regarding taking care of people with dementio and deals with the main principles of care of the Worldwide Association of Alcheimer disease. Unit 3 speaks about the team work and its significance working with people with age dementio. Unit 4 reflects an empiric investigation starting with its theoretical introduction and providing analyses at the investigation afterwards. The investigation includes interviews with specialists who work with a group of such people and also nan interview with a woman whose mother is suffering from Age Dementio. The last deals with proposals and practical pieces of advice in work with people who suffer from dementio and are residing at an establishment of long term social care and rehabilitation.
