dc.description.abstract | Darbā ir iegūti, analizēti un raksturoti 4-(acetilamino)benzoskābes kokristāli ar fenantridīnu, 4,4’-dipiridilu un akridīnu. Akridīna kokristālu gadījumā ir iegūtas divas polimorfās formas un monohidrāts. Kā analīzes metodes ir izmantotas: infrasarkanā spektroskopija, pulvera un monokristāla rentgendifraktometrija, diferenciāli termiskā analīze, diferenciāli skenējošā kalorimetrija un termogravimetriskā analīze. Akridīna kokristālu infrasarkano spektru raksturošanai ir izmantotas molekulārās modelēšanas metodes. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Cocrystals of 4-(acetilamino)benzoic acid with phenanthridine, 4,4’-dipyridine and acridine have been obtained, analyzed and characterized in this work. Two polymorphic forms and monohydrate form have been obtained for the acridine cocrystals. Following methods of analysis have been used: infrared spectroscopy, powder and monocrystal X ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis, differential calorimetric analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. Methods of molecular modeling have been applied to characterize infrared spectra of acridine cocrystals. | en_US |
