Darbā veikta dažādu kalmju sakņu ekstraktu kopējā fenola savienojumu satura noteikšana, to antiradikālās aktivitātes izvērtēšana. Salīdzināti polāri un nepolāri ekstrakti. Ar ūdens tvaika destilāciju iegūtas kalmju ēteriskās eļļas, veikta šo eļļu GH un GS-MS hromatogrāfija, aprēķināti Kovāča indeksi. Ēteriskās eļļas no ūdens – eļļas emulsijas izolētas ar heksānu un cikloheksānu. Noteikts ēterisko eļļu daudzums 100g kalmju drogu. Determination of total phenolic content and anti-radical activity of calamus root extract has been done. Polar and nonpolar extracts have been compared. By water vapor distillation were obtained calamus essential oils, GH and GH-MS chromatography of these oils was done and retention indexes were calculated. Essential oils from water-oil emulsion isolated with hexane and cyclohexane. Amount of essential oils in 100 g calamus herbs has been determined.
