PGP 9.5, IL-1α un IL-6 ekspresija iedzimtu zarnu saaugumu audos

Abstract

Iedzimtie zarnu saaugumi ir viena no kuņģa-zarnu trakta pataloģijām, kas var izraisīt hroniskas sāpes, zarnu darbības traucējumus vai pat neauglību. Darba mērķis bija analizēt iedzimto zarnu saaugumu morfoloģiju. Zarnu saaugumu materiāls tika iegūts laparotomijas operācijas laikā no 22 bērniem. Iegūtie audu paraugi tika krāsoti ar hematoksilīnu un eozīnu, un tajos tika noteikta IL-1α, IL-6 un PGP 9.5 ekspresija, izmantojot imūnhistoķīmisko metodi. Pozitīvo struktūru izvērtēšanai pielietojām puskvantitatīvo vērtēšanas skalu. Iedzimto zarnu saaugumu audi galvenokārt bija ar asinsvadiem bagāti un labi inervēti saistaudi. Nervu šķiedras visbiežāk bija atrodamas asinsvadu sieniņā vai ap tiem, bet saistaudos konstatējām ar iekaisuma procesiem saistītās šūnas. Congenital bowel adhesions are one of the gastrointestinal pathologies and can lead to such conditions as chronic pain, intestinal obstruction or infertility. The aim of this study was to analyze the morphology of congenital bowel adhesions. Adhesions were collected from 22 patients undergoing laparotomy. All adhesions were routinely stained and expression of PGP 9.5, IL-1α and IL-6 were examined using immunohistochemical investigations. Intensity of staining was scored by semiquantitative scale. In most of the cases congenital bowel adhesions were highly vascularized connective tissue. Nerve fibres mostly were located in the walls of the blood vessels or around them. Some of the cells that reflect the presence of inflammatory sites were dispersed in the connective tissue. Key words: Congenital bowel adhesions; IL-1α; IL-6; PGP 9.5
