Videokonferenču sistēmas ieviešana uzņēmumā

Abstract

Šī maģistra darba mērķis ir video konferences sistēmas ieviešana uzľēmumā. Video konferences sistēmas ieviešana dos iespēju uzľēmumā samazināt ar dienesta komandējumiem saistītās izmaksas un būtiski optimizēt iekšējo un ārējo komunikāciju. Sākumā autors izpētīja video konferenču sistēmu teorētiskos aspektus, izanalizēja to tipus, standartus un pielietošanu dažādās sfērās. Pamatojoties uz veiktajiem pētījumiem un uzľēmuma darbības procesa analīzi, autors noformulēja video konferenču sistēmai izvirzāmās prasības. Izanalizējot tirgū pieejamos risinājumus, autors izvēlējās, uzstādīja un veica divu uz atvērto pirmkodu bāzētu video konferenču programmu sistēmu testēšanu. Rezultātā autors no tām izvēlējās labāko un ieviesa to uzľēmumā lietošanai testēšanas režīmā. Atslēgas vārdi: video konference, atvērtais pirmkods, ieviešana uzľēmumā.

The main goal of the thesis is videoconferencing system implementation in the enterprise. Videoconferencing system allows to reduce expenses related with business trips, it also helps to optimize an external and internal communications in the enterprise. Firstly author analyses theoretic aspects of the videoconferencing systems; types, standards and applications of videoconferencing in various fields. Taking as a plot his own research results and analyses of enterprise, author defines requirements for the videoconferencing system implementation. After systems research, author choose two open source solutions for installation, configuration and testing. As the result, the best one is implemented and running in test mode.
