Abstract

Mūsdienās klienti no uzņēmuma sagaida modernus un biznesam piemērotus informācijas tehnoloģiju servisus. Lai šādus servisus veidotu, uzņēmumā nepieciešama informācijas sistēmu integrācija un elastīgas sistēmas biznesa procesu atbalstam. Eksistē dažādas uzņēmuma informācijas sistēmu integrācijas metodes. Katrai no tām ir savas priekšrocības un trūkumi, tādēļ ļoti būtiski ir izvēlēties atbilstošāko uzstādītajam uzdevumam. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt uzkrāto pieredzi un labo praksi uzņēmuma sistēmu integrācijas jomā, sistematizēt to, un izvērtēt tās derīgumu konkrētajā praktiskajā gadījumā. Darba tapšanā izmantotas literatūras studijas par sistēmu integrācijas teoriju un praktisku sistēmas ieviešanas gadījumu apraksti. Darba praktiskajā daļā tiek izstrādāta arhitektūra informācijas sistēmai, kura integrēta ar vairākām esošām uzņēmuma sistēmām. Šīs sistēmas darbības efektivitāte, pēc ieviešanas, tiek novērtēta balstoties uz teorētiskajā daļā apskatītajiem kritērijiem un analizēti izvēlētās arhitektūras plusi un mīnusi.

Nowadays enterprise clients expect up-to-date and business oriented services. To provide such services, enterprise information systems and supporting business processes, should be integrated and flexible. There exist a lot of methods and technologies for enterprise system integration, each with advantages and disadvantages, so it is very important to choose the most appropriate for a given task. The goal of this paper is to study experiences and best practices in enterprise system integration field, and evaluate suitability for the particular enterprise. Paper consists of literature studies on theory of system integration as well as practical implementation cases. In practical part of the paper the architecture for information system, which supports business process by integrating multiple enterprise applications, is developed. Based on the criteria from the theoretical part the design and integration choices of the system have been evaluated and the advantages and disadvantages of chosen architecture discussed.
