Banku sektora tālāka attīstība Baltijā pasaules un finanšu krīzes apstākļos

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Banku sektora tālākā attīstība Baltijas valstīs pasaules un finanšu krīzes apsākļos“. Diplomdarba mērķis ir analizēt Baltijas valstu banku sektoru stāvokli nākotnes perspektīvu noskaidrošanai. Diplomdarba mērķa sasniegšanai veiktie uzdevumi ir: 1.Izpētīt banku sektouBaltijs valstīs; 2.Izpētīt un noskaidrot Starptautisko aizdevumu ietekmi Baltijas valstīs uz banku sektoru; 3.Izstrādāt priekšlikumus banku sektora tālākajai attīstībai. Diplomdarbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām – banku sektora raksturojuma Baltijas valstīs, finnšu krīzes veidi un to ietekme uz banku darbību, starptautiskā aizdevuma ietekme uz banku darb’bu un aptaujas anketas rezultātu analīzes. Diplomdarba pirmajā nodaļā ir aprakstīts banku sektors Baltijas valstīs, tā vēsturiskā attīstība no 1989.-1990.gadam. Kā arī pievienota intervija ar Latvijas Brīvo arodbiedrību savienības priekšsēdētāju. Par katru sadaļu autore ir izteikusi savu viedokli. Diplomdarba otrajā nodaļā ir aprakstīti finanšu krīzes veidi un citu valstu pieredze un to ietekme uz banku sektora attīstību. Diplomdarba trešajā nodaļā tika analizēta Starptautiskā aizdevuma ietekme uz banku sektoru Baltijas valstīs. Kā arī Zviedrijas Swedbank stratēģija krīzes apstākļos Baltijas valstīs. Diplomdarba ceturtā nodaļa sastāv no aptaujas anketas rezultātu analīzes, kurā autore noskaidroja respondentu domas par banku sektora tālāko attīstību. Secinājumi un priekšlikumi izstrādāti pamatojoties uz veiktajiem pētījumiem un analīzi. Diplomdarbā ievietoti 19 attēli, 2 tabulas, izmantoti 36 literatūras avoti, diplomdarbs sastāv no 59 lpp.

The subject of the thesis is: The banking sectors further developement in the Baltic Countries during the world financial crisis situation. The purpose of the thesis is to analize the condition of the Baltic Countries banking sector until the future situation stabilizes. The purpose of this thesis is: 1)To analize the banking sector in the Baltic Countries; 2)To analize and understand the influence of international loans upon the Baltic Countries banking sector; 3)To develop proposals for the continuing development of the banking sector. The thesis consists of four sections—Analysis and description of the banking system in the Baltic Countries, the financial crisis’s effect upon banking operations, the effect of international lending on banking operations and the analysis of a questionaire. The first section of the thesis describes the banking sector in the Baltic Countries and its historical development from 1989 -1990 to the present. An interview with the head of of the Free Labor Union Association of Latvia is also included. In each section the author expresses her views. The second section of the thesis discusses the nature of the financial crisis and other countries experiences and their effect on the developement of the banking sector. The third section of the thesis analyzes the effect of international lending upon the banking sectors of the Baltic Countries, and Sweden’s Swedbank strategy in the crisis conditions in the Baltic States. The fourth section of the thesis consists of questionaires and analysis of the questionaires by the author to determine the respondents opinions concerning further development of the banking sector. The conclusions and proposals are based on the author’s research and analysis. This thesis includes 19 figures, 2 tables, utilizing 36 sources, the thesis consists of 59 pages.
