Abstract

Diplomdarba nosaukums: SIA "SAB un KO" finanšu analīze. Diplomdarba mērķis ir: uz saimnieciskas darbības analīzes pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus SIA „SAB un KO” finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai un tālākai attīstībai. Galvenie secinājumi un priekšlikumi: Veicot radītāju analīzi ļoti, svarīgi ir salīdzināt iegūtos radītājus gan dinamikā, gan ar vispārpieņemtiem standartiem, kā arī ar nozares vidējiem un konkurentu radītājiem. Jāizmanto Latvijas reģionu attīstību sev par labu, līdz ar to paplašināt tirgus segmentu ar esošiem vai jauniem pakalpojumiem. Pastāvīgi veikt konkurentu monitoringu, lai redzētu kādas tendences pieņem konkurentu uzņēmējdarbība. Piedalīties izstāžu un citu pasākumu organizēšanā, lai būtu tuvāk sabiedrībai, paaugstinot reputāciju un piesaistot jaunus klientus. Vadībai jāveido speciālie uzkrājumi šaubīgiem un bezcerīgiem parādiem, izvērtējot katru debitora parādu atsevišķi, pielietojot speciālas datorprogrammas. Jāoptimizē preču piegādes process, jāizvēlas izdevīgākus maršrutus, noslēgt līgumus ar degvielas pārdošanas kompānijām, ekonomējot uz transporta izdevumiem. Palielināt likviditāti var, izmantojot faktoringa operācijas, kas dos iespēju uzlabot naudas plūsmu, palielināt pārdošanas apjomus un minimizēt maksājumu kavējuma risku. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 61 lappuse, tas sastāv no 4 daļām un 9 pielikumiem. Darbā ir izmantotas 19 tabulas, 18 attēli un 20 formulas.

To take part in a public life, while organizing exhibitions raising the reputation in a society and involving new clients. To create special accumulation for doubtful and hopeless debtors, estimating probability of paying each credit separately. To use qualitative computer programs for this purpose. To optimize ways of delivery of the goods, with choosing more favorable routes and making agreements with the fuel companies, this will lead to saving on transport costs. To increase liquidity, using factoring operations that will enable also to improve a monetary stream, to increase the amount of sale and minimize risk of delayed payments. The amount of the diploma work is 61 pages, consisting of 4 parts and 9 supplements. 19 tables, 18 pictures and 20 formulas are used in this work.
