| dc.description.abstract | Diplomdarba tēma ir uzņēmuma SIA „LUCRUM” finansiālā stāvokļa analīze un tās novērtējums. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 3 nodaļām uz zem katras nodaļas vēl ir apakšnodaļas, no secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem.
Darba mērķis ir izpētīt SIA „LUCRUM” finansiālo darbību. Veikt tā analīzi un izstrādāt priekšlikumus turpmākai uzņēmuma veiksmīgai darbībai.
Pirmajā nodaļā raksturota finanšu pārvāldība, tās jēdziens un būtība. Otrajā nodaļā tiek veikta finanšu rādītāju analīze. Trešajā nodaļā tiek novērtēts SIA „LUCRUM” ekonomiskie un finanšu rādītāji.
Kā informācijas avoti tiek izmantoti uzņēmumi SIA „LUCRUM” 2006., 2007., 2008. gada pārskati, LR likumi, statistisko datu avoti un nepublicētie materiāli.

| dc.description.abstract | Diploma work topic is company "Lucrum" Ltd. financial situation analysis and evaluation. The work consists of introduction, 3 chapters and below of each chapter are subdivisions of conclusions and proposals.
Work aims to investigate 'Lucrum' Ltd. financial activities. Perform the analysis and develop proposals for company's successful operation in future.
The first chapter describes the financial management of its concept and content. The second chapter describes the financial performance analysis. The third chapter evaluates "Lucrum" Ltd. economic and financial indicators.
As sources of information are used companies "Lucrum" Ltd. 2006, 2007, 2008 annual reports, RL (Republic of Latvia) laws, statistical data sources and unpublished materials.
