Uzņēmuma darbības vērtējums pamatojoties uz sabalansēto rādītāju sistēmu

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir «Uzņēmuma darbības vērtējums pamatojoties uz sabalansēto rādītāju sistēmu». Bakalaura darba aktualitāte saistīta ar to, ka pašlaik tradicionālās uzņēmumu darbības rezultātu novērtēšanas sistēmas neatbilst mūsdienu biznesa prasībām. Nepieciešama savlaicīgu un ticamu rādītāju sistēma, kas ļaus pilnīgāk novērtēt kritiskos faktorus ne tikai pašreizējā, bet arī turpmākajā attīstībā, kā arī izvērtēt uzņēmuma darba efektivitāti kopumā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt un izmantot sabalansēto rādītāju sistēmu SIA «L» darbības novērtēšanas pilnveidošanai, kā arī, pamatojoties uz veiktās analīzes rezultātiem, izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma darba efektivitātes uzlabošanai. Izvirzītā mērķa sasniegšanai, darbā risināmie uzdevumi ir sabalansētās rādītāju sistēmas (SRS) teorētisko aspektu izpēte; uzņēmuma finanšu stāvokļa analīze; uzņēmuma galveno klientu grupu un to novērtējuma rādītāju noteikšana; uzņēmuma iekšējo biznesa procesu novērtējums; uzņēmuma personāla novērtējuma rādītāju noteikšana; uzņēmuma kompleksā novērtējuma veidošana, pamatojoties uz sabalansēto rādītāju sistēmu. Pētījuma rezultātā autore nonāca pie secinājuma, ka uzņēmuma darbības analīzes rezultāti liecina par nestabilu finanšu stāvokli, kā arī par to, ka netika veikta analīze tādos darbības virzienos, kā klienti, biznesa procesi, personāla apmācība un attīstība. Atklātās problēmas autore piedāvā risināt, pamatojoties uz SRS, kas izstrādāta un piedāvāta uzņēmumam. Darbs ir rakstīts latviešu valodā un tā apjoms ir 79 lpp, tajā ir 3 nodaļas. Tekstās ir 29 attēli un 30 tabulas. Darba izstrādāšanā tika izmantoti 37 literatūras un informācijas avoti. The topic of the bachelor's thesis: “Appraisal of the Enterprise Operation Based on the Balanced Scorecard” The relevance of the bachelor's thesis is associated with the fact that the current traditional business performance assessment systems do not meet the needs of the modern business. The timely and reliable scorecard system is necessary, which will allow better to assess the critical factors of not only current but also future development, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of the company as a whole. The objective of the bachelor's thesis is to explore and use the balanced scorecard system for the improvement of the assessment of activity of “L” LLC, and to draw up the suggestions for the improvement of the company's activity on the basis of this analysis. To achieve this objective the following tasks have been set: research of the theoretical aspects of the balanced scorecard system, financial analysis of the company; determination of the key client groups and their assessment indicators, assessment of the company's internal business processes, determination of the company's staff assessment indicators, formation of the company's complex assessment on the basis of the balanced scorecard system. As the result of the research, the author came to the conclusion that the results of the company's analysis prove the unstable financial situation and the fact that the analysis was not performed in the directions of the customers, business processes, staff training and development. The author proposes to solve these problems, based on the balanced scorecard system, which was developed and offered to the company. The bachelor's thesis is written in Latvian, and consists of 80 pages, including 3 chapters; there are 29 images and 30 tables. For the elaboration of the bachelor's thesis 37 literature and information sources have been used.
