Abstract
Maģistra darba nosaukums ir „Dokumentācijas nozīme grāmatvedībā un to procesu pilnveides iespējas uzņēmumā Latvijas Mobilais Telefons SIA”. Darbā tiek novērtēta darījumu dokumentu LR normatīvo aktu nosacījumu atbilstība grāmatvedības attaisnojuma dokumentam, gan papīra, gan elektroniskā formā. Darba mērķis ir pētīt un analizēt dokumentācijas prasības grāmatvedības jomā, to piemērošanu uzņēmumā Latvijas Mobilais Telefons SIA, izstrādāt priekšlikumus attaisnojuma dokumentu procesu pilnveidošanai uzņēmumā un normatīvo aktu nosacījumu precizēšanai. Pētījuma rezultātā autore konstatēja, ka uzņēmumam pastāv iespēja optimizēt dokumentu aprites plūsmu un palielināt tās efektivitāti, pielietojot elektronisko dokumentu vadības sistēmu, ko pamato ar dokumentu apstrādes izmaksu aprēķinu un aprites procesu aprakstu. Darbs sastāv no 82 lappusēm, 9 tabulām, 8 attēliem.

The Master’s thesis „The importance of documentation in accounting and the improvement options of its processes at Latvijas Mobilais Telefons SIA”. The thesis evaluates adequacy of accounting documents in paper and electronic form in comparison to requirements of Latvia’s laws and regulations. The aim of the thesis is to study and analyse documentation requirements in accounting area, appliance at company, develop proposals of improvement of the processes of accounting documents’ at the company and clarification of the regulation conditions. The author made a conclusion, that there is possibility to the company to optimise the flow of the documents’ exchange and increase its efficiency by using management system of electronic documents which is supported by the documentation’s processing cost calculations and description of flow of documents’ exchange process. The thesis consists of 82 pages, 9 tables, 8 images.
