Abstract

Bakalaura darba „SIA „Biznesa Pamati” darbības analīze un nākotnes perspektīvas” mērķis ir izpētīt uzņēmuma saimniecisko darbību, atklājot pozitīvos momentus un trūkumus, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma attīstībai. Balstoties uz teorētisko pamatojumu, analizēta SIA „Biznesa Pamati” darbība no 2009. līdz 2011. gadam. Veikta bilances un peļņas vai zaudējumu aprēķina vertikālā un horizontālā analīze, aprēķināti finanšu rādītāji un noteikta bankrota iespējamība. Novērtēta pamatdarbības aktualitāte, klientu dinamika un izstrādāti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma attīstībai. Pētāmajā laikā notika būtiskas izmaiņas SIA „Biznesa Pamati” saimnieciskajā darbībā. Īpašnieku maiņa ietekmēja uzņēmuma darbību, kā rezultātā pasliktinājās efektivitātes rādītāji. Tomēr sarežģītais periods pēc uzņēmuma pirkšanas – pārdošanas ir pagājis un saimnieciskā darbība attīstās.

The goal of the bachelor thesis „Company „Biznesa Pamati” business analyse and future perspectives” is to investigate the company’s economic activity revealing the positive aspects and drawbacks as well as to generate recommendations for the company’s development. The operation of Company “Biznesa Pamati” from 2009 to 2011 has been analysed based on the theoretical background. The vertical and the horizontal analyses of the calculations of the balance sheet and profit or losses have been performed, the financial indicators have been calculated and a bankruptcy probability has been determined. Client dynamics and efficiency of the basic activity have been evaluated and recommendations for the company’s development have been generated. During this research substantial changes in the economic activity of Company “Biznesa Pamati” took place. The change of the company owners affected the operation of the company and as a result the effectiveness indicators worsened. However the difficult time after the purchase-sale is over and the economic activity is developing.
