Eiropas Savienības un Latvijas sociālā politika mūsdienu ekonomikas apstākļos

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir Eiropas Savienības un Latvijas sociālā politika mūsdienu ekonomikas apstākļos. Diplomdarba mērķis - izpētīt Latvijas sociālās politikas attīstības tendenču sasaisti ar Eiropas Savienību, salīdzinot Latvijas un Eiropas valstu sociālās drošības sistēmas, un sniegt priekšlikumus un secinājumus. Darba teorētiskajā daļā apskatīts sociālās politikas jēdziens, modeļi, sīkāk apskatīta Eiropas Savienības un Latvijas sociālās politikas izveide un attīstība. Tiek aplūkota esošā sociālā situācija Eiropas Savienībā un Latvijā, nedaudz sīkāk analizēta sociālās aizsardzības izdevumu efektivitāte. Praktiskajā daļā ir aptaujāto iedzīvotāju anketu rezultātu apraksts un analīze. Pētījumā tika pielietota analītiskā pētījuma metode, salīdzinošā jeb komparatīvā metode, kvalitatīvā metode, kā arī kvantitatīvā metode. Darba apjoms ir 71 lapaspuse, tajā ir 10 tabulas, 20 attēli, un tam ir 3 pielikumi. Atslēgas vārdi:sociālā aizsardzība, nabadzības risks, sociālā atstumtība.

Theme of the paper is European Union and Latvian social policy in the conditions of modern economic. Aim of the research - to study the development of tendencies of Latvian social policy in the context of European Union, comparing Latvian and European Union social protection systems, and make conclusions and suggestions. The theoretical part describes the social policy concept and models, discussed the current social situation in the Latvia and European Union, a little more analysis of the effectiveness of social protection expenditure. The practical part consists of description and analysis of the people surveyed. Methods of the research - analytical research method, the comparative method qualitative method and quantitative method.. Volume of the paper - the amount of the work is 71 page, including 10 tables, 20 pictures and work has 3 appendixes. Key words: social protection, at risk of poverty, social exclusion.
