Abstract

Jauniešu nodarbinātības problēmas ir vairāku valstu viens no sāpīgākajiem jautājumiem pēdējos gados, ko īpaši izgaismojusi ekonomiskā krīze. Bakalaura darbs “Jauniešu nodarbinātība Latvijā” analizē jauniešu nodarbinātību Latvijā, atklājot to ietekmējošos faktorus un problēmas, kā arī sniedz priekšlikumus jauniešu nodarbinātības problēmu risināšanai. Darbā ir veikts jauniešu nodarbinātības pētījums uz kvantitatīvo un kvalitatīvo pētījumu metožu pamata. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka pastāv cieša saikne starp jauniešu nodarbinātību un ieguldījumiem cilvēkkapitālā. Darba apjoms ir 79 lappuses, darbs satur 13 tabulas, 16 attēlus, 3 pielikumus. Youth employment problems are one of the most painful issues in recent years of several countries, particularly highlighted by the economic crisis. The bachelor paper “Youth employment in Latvia” analyzes youth employment in Latvia, revealing influencing factors and challenges of youth employment, as well as gives solutions for youth employment problems. The exploration of youth employment is based on the quantitative and qualitative research methods. The results of the research show that the there is a close link between youth employment and investments in human capital. The paper consists of 79 pages, 13 tables, 16 images, 3 attachments.
